SUMMARY
The On-Site IT Technician is responsible for working with offsite third-party vendor to assist in maintaining PBP’s current WMS systems. Also responsible for the on-site IT systems such as laptops, site cameras, printers, desk top computers etc. Setting up new employees with access to the WMS and other platforms needed to perform their daily task on.
as well as implementing improvements and driving efficiencies within those systems.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Essential duties and responsibilities)
- Bi-lingual a plus. (English and Spanish)
- Maintain company’s Warehouse Management System (WMS) as needed and partnered with third party vendor.
- Work with programmers to drive improvements in WMS as driven by company needs
- Write reports in SQL as directed by management as needed.
- Manage company internet accounts
- Look for maximum speeds and efficiencies within the company budget provided
- Responsible for IT equipment inventory and maintenance

- Lead all IT site improvement projects such as camera installations, access control projects, etc.
- Lead all technology efficiency improvement projects such as EDI, W&H bag line technology accessibility, etc.
- Responsible for installation of all new IT equipment such as cameras, time clocks, etc.
