Position Description
Invoicing Specialist’s responsibilities include:
- Closing out all pack-outs immediately once paperwork is turned in
- Creating and sending pack-out activity to customer
- Enter all charges for pack-outs and create invoice drafts
- Verify all rates are accurate before invoicing
- Create and post invoices daily for all Pack-outs and Pre-Packaged Inbounds
- Create and invoice bi-weekly storage and miscellaneous charges
- Create and send Invoice Register to accounting daily
- Print final invoice to provide to the President for approval
- Maintain the Packout Billing Report to ensure all pack-outs are invoiced
- Reconcile TGS Invoices every month
- Maintain all files and other clerical tasks on site
- Assist with other responsibilities as needed
Qualified Candidates will have:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a must.
- Strong working Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- Have problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
- Demonstrate a collaborative and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail is a MUST
- Excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently in a high- volume production environment
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
This position requires someone that can work and produce accurate results in a production based, busy environment.

Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone in a professional manner with inside as well as outside customers and vendors.
