Position Description
Customer Service Clerk responsibilities include:
- Send all Bills of Lading to Customers as soon as paperwork is received
- Send Daily Shipping Reports to Customers twice daily
- Send Weekly and Monthly inventory reports to Customers
- Create all Miscellaneous Charges for all shipments if applicable
- Scan and file all paperwork correctly and in a timely manner
- Be a Team player – be able to work with the rest of the CSR Team, Shipping and the Traffic Department to ensure all Customer’s needs are met.
- Assist with other responsibilities as needed.
Qualified Candidates will have::
- Demonstrate a positive attitude
- Some knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Multi-tasking and attention to detail is a MUST
- Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
- Have problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
- Demonstrate a collaborative and strong work ethic
- Excellent performer; deliver high quality results consistently in a high- volume production environment
This position requires someone that can work and produce accurate results in a production based, busy environment.

- Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone in a professional manner with inside as well as outside customers and vendors
