Lead regional implementation of ScanMarket tool as official of this company's negotiation platform (Regional Power User)
Main Responsibilities
- Set, modify and management of user profiles in ScanMarket platform.
- Support and encourage the procurement team for the implementation of ScanMarket.
- Development and documentation of processes ScanMarket
- Interaction, training, and coordination with operational areas involved in the ScanMarket implementation process
- Interaction, training, and coordination with suppliers in the ScanMarket onboard plan.
- Develops and delivers training to key users
Position Challenges
1. Continuous communication with the P&IT area to ensure the tools functionalities and availability
2. Coordination between procurement and operational areas for the implementation of ScanMarket
3. Implementation process with different ERP systems
Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish
At least 5 years of experience of team management in an environment with strong operational metrics
Academic Background: Graduated degree in Engineering, Finance, Civil Engineering, Systems or Administration; A Master degree is desirable.
PC Programs such as Word, Power Point, Excel and ERP SAP.
Technical skills:
1. Skillful for systems adoption and usage
2. Reporting skills
3. Masters processes, support systems, administrative tools, and ERP platforms
4. Knowledge in procurement processes
Managerial Skills:
1. Customer service oriented
2. Team player / builder. Ability to work well with others
3. Outstanding ability to plan, organize and execute effectively
4. Self-motivated and proactive problem solver orientation
5. Works effectively under pressure

Internal: Director, Regional Procurement (Mexico, USA, SCAC, EMEAA), Regional and Country Procurement Heads, Global Procurement Center of Excellence, Regional Processes and IT areas, Regional Operation Head (Regional VP)
